Mission Darkness Padded Utility Faraday Bag

The Mission Darkness™ Padded Utility Faraday Bag is the only Faraday bag on the market specifically designed to shield delicate electronics from RF signals and physical damage.

The padded interior is critical for protecting devices with glass optics, calibrated sensors, or precision mechanical components where impact during transport can cause damage or miscalibration. The large and wide interior space can fit multiple devices: scopes, night vision optics, tablets, phones, digital cameras, radios, batteries, GPS units, transponders, and other similar size delicate electronics.

Law enforcement and military units deploying thermal optics and night vision equipment now have a single bag that manages transport protection and RF isolation simultaneously. The bag also suits any electronics that combine precision sensitivity with wireless functionality – GPS receivers, electronic rangefinders, and similar devices, where impact protection and wireless isolation are both required.

Shields devices against tracking, hacking, wiping, or altering of digital evidence, ensuring an uncorrupted chain of custody from the crime scene to the laboratory – essential for law enforcement and forensics. When a device is enclosed in the bag, no apps or malicious code can be remotely triggered, no communication can penetrate, and no one can access the microphone, camera, GPS location, or data.

RF Isolation & Shielding:

• TitanRF™ Faraday Fabric is certified by Keystone Compliance to MIL STD 188-125 (shields against High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulses) and IEEE 299-2006 (effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding)
• Blocks all RF signals including WiFi (2.4 to 5GHz), Bluetooth, Cellular (including 5G), GPS, RFID, NFC, and radio signals from low MHz to 40GHz, with 90dB+ average attenuation
• Blocks carrier, hardware, and OS agnostics
• Shields against EMP, HEMP, CME, Solar Flares
• Blocks device hacking, tracking, remote wiping and remote detonation

Construction:

• Outer shell is constructed of water-resistant Ballistic nylon
• The interior has two layers of high-shielding TitanRF™ Faraday Fabric on all sides with dual paired seam construction
• Extremely padded internal walls
• Adjustable and removable padded space separators for protecting contents
• Durable external shell with MOLLE webbing on three sides to attach MOLLE-based packs, carabiners and accessories

• Two unshielded side zipper compartments

Padded Walls and Separators: The padded wall inserts have Velcro side edges, allowing the user to move them to accommodate various sized devices, ensuring that delicate electronics are protected during transport. The entire padded base and walls can be removed.

• Internal dimensions with padded liner (padded liner provides about 1/2″ extra padding all around): 15.5″L x 5.5″W x 7″H (39.4cm x 14cm x 17.8cm)

Serialised: Each bag is uniquely serialised for asset tracking and evidence chain-of-custody documentation.

Usage Warning: the Faraday fabric on the inside will become defective with extended water contact or any punctures – do not insert wet devices, items or devices with sharp edges or unprotected sharp objects inside the bag.
